    When will I receive my product?

    All digital products are available for instant download as soon as the purchase has been made. You will also receive an email containing the link (please check your spam folder too).

    Are the sounds royalty free?

    Yes, all sounds in my paid kits are 100% royalty-free, except for my melodic loops and phrases. These are royalty-free for beat leasing on platforms like BeatStars. However, if a track using one of these loops or phrases surpasses 1 million streams, you'll need to contact me to clear the sample and arrange appropriate splits. Master clearance is guaranteed as long as a fair split is agreed upon. Contact team@jaycactus.com for more info. The loops in my free kits (Vici, Revival, Inferno etc.) are not royalty free so please refer to the T&C's indisde the individual kit folder.

    Are the sounds compatible with all DAWs?

    Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    Yes, we offer refunds for digital products, provided they have not been downloaded. Since downloads are tracked, we can verify whether a product has been accessed. If you change your mind, please contact us before downloading the product, and we’ll process your refund promptly. However, once a product has been downloaded, refunds are no longer available due to the nature of digital goods.
