Yes, all my sounds are 100% royalty-free, except for my melodic loops and phrases. These are royalty-free for beat leasing on platforms like BeatStars. However, if a track using one of these loops or phrases surpasses 1 million streams, you'll need to contact me to clear the sample and arrange appropriate splits.
