Here’s where the real sauce starts!

We’ll start with sound selection so you know the best VSTs and effects to use for Drill beats.

I’ll break-down my thought process when making a melody and show you exactly how to process it, come up with counter melodies and how to layer sounds without making them clash.

I’ll show you exactly how to find the right drum samples and program them to get an instant Drill bounce.

You’ll master the art of 808 slides and understand exactly which notes you should be using.

We’ll dive deep into the mixing stage explaining everything including how to stay organised, levelling, panning, stereo width, mastering, creative decisions and more.

Next I’ll teach you exactly how to arrange beats for Artists, tricks to keep the listener excited, and the exact export settings.

How To Make Melodic Drill Beats

Here we’ll cover the best sounds for Melodic Drill and how to make realistic melodies even if you can’t play any instruments.

We’ll make a full beat from scratch in the style of leading Drill artists such as Central Cee.

I’ll give you all the sauce you need to make perfect 808 patterns that grab listeners’ attention.

I’ll teach you how to export videos directly from FL Studio so you can start uploading beats to YouTube.

How To Make Orchestral NY Drill Beats

If you love Pop Smoke, you’ll love this section.

I’ll show you the best VSTs for strings, choirs, vocal phrases, pianos and more.

I’ll teach you the exact chord progressions for the style of Drill I’m best known for - Dark & Orchestral.

We’ll go through advanced 808 patterns and how to use Grime Bass effectively.

You’ll learn sick ear candy such as beat-breaks to make Artists re-wind your beat and go crazy!

Sampling Sauce

This is where you’ll learn everything you need to know about the art of sampling.

I’ll show you exactly where to find samples and how to use them without any copyright issues.

You’ll learn how to find the key of any sample so you’ll never be embarrassed by other Producers again.

I’ll show you how to figure out the right 808 notes to perfectly match the sample (and some shortcuts which will blow your mind!)

Discover the best way to process your samples, make them sound clean, and completely transform them to make unique beats.

By this point you’ll have most of the tools you need as a Producer, but if you want to work with artists you’ll also need the tools and skillset of an Engineer.

You never know when an Artist might need you to hit the record button, and if you know how to track and mix vocals you’ll drastically improve your chance of landing placements. That’s why I decided to include a bonus course completely free…

Module 06

Vocal Mixing

This is an in-depth course all about processing vocals (specifically for Drill artists).

I mix a whole track from a UK Drill artist which has been officially released with a music video! You’ll learn how to:

Learn how to prepare a session by setting up mixing templates, busses, auxiliary sends and more (but don’t worry, I even include the template you can download to get straight to business).

Learn how to find the BPM & Key of any beat just in case the artist needs to work on a separate track in the session. This helps with auto-tune and making sure your delays/reverb are in time with the beat.

Learn how to clean the audio, remove breaths, background noise, nasty frequencies, and any other unwanted sounds.

Everything you need to know about EQs and vocals including common frequencies to cut/boost and how to make decisions based on the Artist’s voice.

Compression - Learn the different types of compressors including DeEssers, and make vocals sit in the right pocket of your beats.

I’ll teach you how to make vocals sit right in the mix instead of on top of it, using special EQ methods and plugins to make vocals shine.

Know how much reverb/delay to use depending on the type of beat, how to make vocals sound more exciting, beat-breaks, vocal stutters, and all the common effects you hear in modern day Drill music.

And finally understand how to master finished tracks and export them correctly for popular streaming platforms such as DistroKid.

This will make your relationships with Artists insanely stronger!

Module 07

Introduction To Marketing

After the initial launch of the course, the community wanted to learn more about marketing and how to build a personal brand.

That’s why I added this brand-new bonus module completely free! 

In this section I introduce you to the world of selling beats online, building a brand, growing a YouTube channel, finding artists to work with, and email marketing. 

This section is like a crash course on turning your passion into a business, and it’s the exact techniques I used to build mine.

I cover everything from logos, colours, and psychology, to SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), finding artists to work with, and email marketing.
